• Rates are per apartment per night in Australian dollars (including GST) for 1-2 people in a one bedroom apartment, 2-4 people in a two bedroom apartment.
• An extra person can be accommodated by using a rollaway bed at an extra charge of $30 per night.
• High Season: 15th Dec to 31st Jan
• Mid Season: Easter & school holiday periods
• Low Season: All other dates (excluding Indy - please contact us for Indy rates)
• Rates are for standard apartments - for premium apartments please contact us for a quote.

Terms & Conditions

• Deposits & Payments: A deposit is required at time of booking. Balance of accommodation is payable at time of check-in. Payment can be by Cash, Visa or Mastercard - sorry, Diners and Amex are not accepted.
• Cancellations: A cancellation fee applies. Part deposit is forfeit if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before check in date. Full deposit is forfeit if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to check-in date. No refunds for early check-out.
• Check In is from 2pm (Qld time) Check Out prior to 10am (Qld time)
• Servicing: Apartments are self service. Linen is provided on arrival and fresh linen delivered weekly. Additional servicing is available at additional charge.
